Four Steps for how to end any inner turmoil
Ending inner turmoil (including depression, unhappiness, lack of fulfillment, feeling lost, feeling uninspired, anger, addiction or a weakness for alcohol or drugs or anything else, etc.) essentially boils down to being able to make your inner life work well. And that essentially means: being able to experience peace, strength, joy, clarity, purpose and deep fulfillment
and not experience turmoil, weakness, unhappiness, confusion, boredom or emptiness.
Step One in accomplishing those things is:
Recognize that you dont have the power to create the good things I mentioned or the power to simply will away the bad things.
A person once said to me that they were seeking peace, strength and joy. Just the fact that they said that they were seeking is a testament to the fact that we dont have the power to create those things into existence. I said back to them, You dont need to seek any further than your own self in order to have those things. But like I said, I dont mean that you can will them into existence. If we had that power we wouldnt need to seek.
That leads us to Step Two:
Recognize that you are trying to get your inner being to release good feelings and not bad ones.
The simultaneous recognition there is that you are not in complete control of your inner being, and really are seeking how to make it work in your favor.
That leads to Step Three: You need to realize that the rules as to how your inner being works are fixed. They are not up for modification by your self, your peers or society in general.
In fact, modern day societys standards are not in harmony with those rules in a lot of ways. Thats why so many people are having problems. And modern day societys ways of trying to medicate those problems (like ADHD or depression or addiction) is just sweeping them under a drug. But that is unnecessary because those problems can be fixed naturally
but not while being able to hold on to most of modern societys or most subcultures morals and philosophies.
So, Step Four (and the solution) is:
Recognize that learning and following the rules of the natural design of our being (mind, heart and body) is what will release good feelings within us and not release bad feelings.
The main areas where society is off are:
1. How male/female relationships should be operated
2. Marriage
3. Sex
4. Sobriety
5. How to relate to the reality of life itself
where we just find ourselves in a human body in a giant universe and one day will be removed from here without our being able to stop that.
6. What is cool
7. How to be as a male, female, or person in general
So if you are tired of trying to put on a happy face for others in spite of what is going on inside you, and would like good feelings to come naturally and bad feelings to not happen within you, then you must learn the rules of the design of a human being and then live them out. You must also learn how to clear out the wrong ideas that have been programmed into your brain over your lifetime, and then replace that void with true KUW (Knowledge, Understanding and Wisdom).
I can show you how to accomplish all of that, either through counseling or my programs.
My story:
My story, and what I can do for you
I once was lost, but now Im found, was blind but now I see.
Hi! I dont quote that song lyric flippantly, but rather it tells the story of my life in a nutshell. I grew up believing in and following the ways of the mainstream and other subcultures. Eventually that proved not to work in being able to bring me peace, clarity, strength and deep fulfillment. So I started a search to find out how to have those things.
Feeling like someone or some organization in this world must know how to accomplish that, I started my investigation by trying to see which organizations, authorities and philosophies struck me as having the wisdom, knowledge, understanding and methods that I was seeking. Then I would fully giving myself to their program, methods, social organization/group lifestyle, or philosophy. When I eventually realized that the ultimately effective approach to life and truth was not going to be found with that group or philosophy, I moved on to the next group.
To make a long, many-year story short, I went through 20 approaches before finally landing on the ultimate approach. So after my long search and involvement in many groups, philosophies and approaches to lifestyle, I can now happily say that Ive enjoyed the inner strength, peace and clarity that I searched for and a lack of personal angst that I sought to escape. And Ive been enjoying those things (along with very high purpose in my life) for 27 years now :-) But I do have to say that the best of what I learned along the way in various psychology, spiritual and lifestyle approaches remained valuable in my overall development.
So now my main desire with the rest of my time on this planet is to help others find the same answers and solutions that I have found. I want to help spare others the time and expense of giving themselves to things that will prove to not be completely fruitful in them getting the basic answers and ultimate approaches to life, and to get them on to the things that will.
And it all boils down to understanding this existence that weve been placed in, why weve been placed here, and how to be in harmony with the being and universes (physical and spiritual) that we now find ourselves in.
So towards the end of passing on the effective KUW (Knowledge, Understanding and Wisdom) and methods that Ive come upon, Ive written books, made CDs and DVDs, speak, and also have developed courses and do one-on-one counseling. This website will offer all of those.
It is good to be a seeker. But sooner or later you will become a finder. And then it is good to give what youve found into the world as a gift to whoever can receive it.

Here are some emails of success stories of transformation I recently received from those who have done my addiction program:
Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dear Dennis,
All I have to say about your program is good news. My name is Ben ****** from Wisconsin. I had been involved with drugs and alcohol for 5 years of my life through High School and a year after High school. I had struggled for a year or so before I was successful (took an owi to get there). I was surprized how fast (it) worked in me it was the most amazing thing I had ever experienced. I have no desire to use drugs or alcohol anymore. My life was starting to go on the upsweep by following your program. My mom has helped me so much, she was the one who told me about your program. I had such a feeling of peace and love come over me I felt high ... it was definitely awesome. It never really went away either I still feel it within me as I write this to you. I never really quite understood it until I actually felt it. I wanted to share my good news with you that I no longer smoke, drink or do anything risky to get an unnatural high anymore and life is excellent for me now. Thank you again Ben (Wisconsin)
Dear Dennis,
I wanted to write to you to thank you for saving my life, literally. Not long ago, I was in despair and ready to take my own life. I have been an alcoholic for several years and lost everything that has been important to me because of that. But most recently, I had gotten engaged to a person who I consider an angel from God. Well my drinking and lack of success with my work lead to her leaving me and not wanting to continue together. I was completely broken and ready to take my own life. And when I say ready, I'm talking about seconds away from squeezing the trigger. Somehow by the grace of God I didn't and today I feel better than ever. God somehow lead my online to order your book and I did. I was broken down, crying and ready to end it and somehow I found your book online and ordered it right away. Well I wanted to say thank you for saving my life. That's not a joke. Between what you had written in your book, plus the strength that God put in me, I did not take my own life. Because of alcohol, I lost everything in my life. Money, a good job, and the most important person in my life. Well NO MORE!! I will never take another drink in my life, and I can say that without a problem. I almost checked myself into a rehab facility but instead just followed your book and ever since have been on my way to a better more fulfilling life. I wanted to thank you for everything. I often sit down and read your book over and over because it just makes more sense every time I read it. Dennis, you and God together saved my life!!! I have an 11 year old daughter who obviously has no idea mentally where I was or how close I was to ending it. So I want to say thank you on behalf of her and myself. For anyone out there who thinks youre better off dead, I'm here to tell you your wrong. Dennis, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart, and on behalf of my daughter too. I will never go back to the person I was. If ever I can help you, don't ever hesitate to give me a call.
Thank you again (New Jersey)
"I was severely addicted to alcohol and cocaine. I'd tried everything I could find, including AA and Narc-Anon. But it wasn't until I followed the Addiction Free Forever program that I finally experienced an inner strength that allowed me to conquer my addiction problem."
Quote from a pilot for a major airline who flunked his drug test
"I was addicted to Oxycontin and your great program freed me from that. I will be forever grateful to you." (Oregon)
So you can see why I'm excited to share what I've found with others, because I know that this same method can work for ANYBODY... regardless of their circumstances, level of desperation, level of spiritual maturity, or problems they are having. I say that because when I started the methods in my programs, I was weak, alone, in pain, broke, shy, living in a bad neighborhood, and without hope because I had tried nearly everything and everyone else over the span of many years. I could find nothing great or effective "out there".
The many years I spent searching for the answers to my inner problems took me through 20 different approaches to lifestyle and personal growth and problem solving before finding what really works. Now I am totally inspired and even feel driven to share the answers and method I found that completely transformed my life.

FREE: The Best Life Possible e-Newsletter
This newsletter has insights on THE ultimate truths about life and
articles on how to have your best life possible.

"The Best Life Possible" doesn't have to do with material wealth (which is what many think). It has to do with "experiential wealth". And that makes sense because if we really look deeply at it, people seek material wealth and things because of how they make the person feel. Therefore, it is wiser to directly approach the end result desired (good and not bad feelings), and pursue advancement in our feelings and not our material wealth (above and beyond our material needs). And in the realm of our inner feelings, there is a fixed science as to how to make things better there (which is what this newsletter and my courses and counseling are all about).
(Here is an example of a "Wisdom Gem" in the Newsletter)
Wisdom Gem #6
An important step in being able to resolve inner turmoil or unwanted feelings is to be able to look at those feelings dispassionately
from a distance. That is, dont get upset about them or take full responsibility for them. They too are part of the good and bad potential of the basic human design (which you are not responsible for being there). Just see them as happening within you, while recognizing that you also have a feeling of not wanting them to be there. And because of that second feeling you dont need to feel guilty or ashamed about the first ones ... as long as you set about in a workmanlike way to get rid of them (after first determining if they are okay or not). And I can show you how to do both of those things.
What is Personal Growth?
Personal growth is: working at increasing our ability to see and understand life, living, our being and existence more and more clearly and expanding our ability to see more and more of it all at once. (Expanding our conscious awareness). And the reason to do it is to increase our ability to be able to respond to life, living, our being and existence more harmoniously, lovingly and productively and be in sync with the purposes of our creator (both for us personally and humanity collectively) and affect our eternal destiny positively. It is also to increase our ability to not be snagged by the dysfunctions and pitfalls in the world, in others, and potentially in our own self, but rather to have a positive life of inspiration, joy, peace, security, confidence, clarity, great purpose and active involvement in the higher purposes of our creator while maintaining a direct connection with our creators active presence within us.
My purpose in defining this and trying to spread it is an attempt to inspire and convince people to be involved in personal growth
in a world that doesnt appear to value it (at least not nearly as much as finances and vanity). Also it is a response to a NEED in a world that is highly engaged in and snagged by dysfunctional ways of living, and whose laws and mainstream culture actually promote them. It is also out of a desire to help people have a good life now, as well as a good eternal destiny
especially given the fact that Jesus said that few will find that and most wont.
